L’edizione celebrativa, arricchita e ampliata del quinto album in studio dei Wailers. È il primo disco registrato per la Island Records e soprattutto pensato per il mercato non giamaicano.
 
Catch A Fire (1973), originariamente nel 1972 a Kingston, in Giamaica, e remixato a Londra agli Island Studios in Basin Street da Chris Blackwell con il contributo del chitarrista Wayne Perkins, è uno degli album fondamentali della storia del reggae.

Questa edizione speciale include, oltre all’album originale, contenuti esclusivi come il concerto al Paris Theatre di Londra (a lungo disponibile solo come bootleg) e versioni alternative, estese e strumentali.

Il box comprende anche un vinile 12” con tre tracce live tratte dalla leggendaria performance dei Wailer nel 1973 al Sundown Theatre, nel villaggio di Edmonton, a nord di Londra. Il retro presenta la celebre immagine dell’accendino Zippo.
